Consent to personal data processing

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" N152-FZ of 27.07.2006, acting by my own will and in my own interests, I give consent to Novolipetsk Steel (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), registered at: 2, Metallurgov Sq., 398040 Lipetsk to process my personal data for employment purposes.

The personal data, to the processing of which I give consent, includes:

• Full name;
• Education, employment, income, contact phone (home, cell, work), e-mail, address;
• Other information that I deem necessary to provide for employment purposes.

This consent extends to all methods of data processing including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access granting), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

I agree to the transfer of my personal data to a third party, NLMK Accounting Centre (2, Metallurgov Sq., Lipetsk) for the purpose of their processing by the third party in the interests of NLMK on the basis of a contract delegating processing and ensuring safety and confidentiality of personal data to the third party.

This consent comes into force from the moment of providing my personal data and is valid for an unlimited period of time, up to the withdrawal of this consent in the established order.

I have been informed that this consent might be withdrawn at any time by means of a written notice signed by me personally or by my legal representative and sent by registered mail with notice of receipt.
